BoxTrack for Business lets movers, relocation consultants, professional organizers, storage companies, real estate and insurance agents offer BoxTrack to their clients under their own brand. Clients photograph what goes in each box, print QR labels and export a valued item list for customs or insurance, in an app that shows the partner’s name, logo and colors.

- We set up your brand: Your logo, your colors and your web address. You see a private preview before any client does.
- Invite your clients: Send each client their link, or put it in your quote and welcome email. They start on their phone in about a minute.

- Pay per client: $25 per client, covering one client for 12 months, bought in packs of 10. No monthly fee. Your logo and colors on the app, labels and emails; Include it in your price or charge clients for it; No monthly fee.
- Branded: $149 a month with 15 new clients a month included, then $8 per extra client. Everything in Pay per client; Your own address, like yourcompany.box-track.com; Your brand color all through the app; A monthly report of your active clients.
- Full white-label: $399 a month plus $499 one-time setup, with 60 new clients a month included, then $5 per extra client. Everything in Branded; Your own domain, like inventory.yourcompany.com; No BoxTrack name anywhere your clients look; Emails sent from your own address; Priority support.

What do my clients get?
Every BoxTrack feature for 12 months, with no limit on boxes: photo inventory with AI scan, QR labels, box weights, moving-day check-in, and customs and insurance lists. It runs in the phone’s browser, so there’s nothing to install.
What does my brand appear on?
On Pay per client and Branded: the sign-up page, every screen of the app, the QR labels and the emails your clients get, with a small “Powered by BoxTrack” note. Full white-label also takes away the BoxTrack name and runs on your own domain, with emails from your own address.
Who owns the client’s inventory?
Your client does. You see a client’s boxes only if they share them with you, view-only or with editing, and they can stop sharing at any time.
Can my team use it on moving day?
Yes. When a client shares their boxes with your team, anyone they share with can scan a label to see what’s inside, and the moving-day check-in shows which boxes haven’t come off the truck yet.
How does billing work?
Packs for Pay per client are paid up front. Branded and Full white-label are billed monthly by invoice, and you can cancel at any time. On Revenue share we pay you 25% of what your clients pay in their first year, every month.
